近期，我校发现有个别中介冒用我校名义给外国留学生发布虚假录取通知书，并借此向申请人骗取费用。此类行为严重侵害了申请人的权益，也损害了我校的声誉。对此，温州肯恩大学郑重声明如下：

一、我校未委托任何机构或个人开展代理招生，所有招生事宜均通过官方渠道进行。请广大申请人及家长务必提高警惕，谨防上当受骗。

二、温州肯恩大学保留对冒用我校名义、散布虚假信息以及侵害我校合法权益的任何主体追究法律责任的权利。对于任何侵权行为，我校将依法采取法律手段维护自身权益。

Official Notice Regarding the International Student Admissions

It has recently come to the University’s attention that certain unauthorized agencies have misappropriated the University’s name to issue fraudulent pre-admission letters to international applicants, with the intent of unlawfully soliciting and collecting fees. Such actions severely infringe upon the rights and interests of the applicants and damage the reputation of our university. In response, Wenzhou-Kean University solemnly declares the following:

1. Our university has not authorized any institution or individual to conduct admissions on our behalf. All admissions-related matters are handled exclusively through official channels. We urge all prospective international students and their parents to remain vigilant and guard against deception.
2. Wenzhou-Kean University reserves the right to pursue legal action against any entity that misuses our name, disseminates false information, or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of our institution. We will take all necessary legal measures to protect our rights in accordance with the law.
